Netis adopts a simple single license pricing model, i.e., one single license for any number of users. We provide Netis as a single full version of HRIS application package so the customer can have all the benefits for our integrated Human Capital management approach. Unlike low-end products that focus mostly on payroll and personnel administration, Netis provides quality and completeness and integrated approach comparable to global competitors with significantly lower cost.
The following are included in this license fee:
- Standard data (employee personal data, job titles and organization structure) migration
- Standard user training (a one-day training for HR administrator and key users)
- Unlimited number of users
- Bug fix and feature updates
(Note: When travel to customer’s site is needed, travel and accommodation costs will be borne by the customer)
With the decrease in administration costs, reduction in number of unnecessary employees, and increase in productivity, our research shows that this investment will reach break-even in around 1 year.
